Manish Sanghai

Manish Sanghai is an entrepreneur, and a passionate certified health coach dedicated to inspiring holistic wellness. As the CEO of Mahakali Sarees, he brings beauty to the world through exquisite cotton saree designs. However, his true calling lies in empowering individuals to lead healthier, more abundant lives.

With over a decade of experience teaching holistic living since 2012, Manish combines ancient wisdom with cutting-edge modern science. His approach is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and a deep understanding of individual needs.

Manish’s journey into holistic health began with his own struggles with Ankylosing Spondylitis and Crohn’s disease. Through dedicated practice and research, he achieved complete remission in just 6 months, freeing himself from lifelong medication since 2010. This personal transformation fuels his passion for helping others.

He is a dad to three kids and loves listening to music, singing and playing table-tennis.

PROCESS

Diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2002, Manish’s journey to health was not an easy one. He faced additional challenges with Crohn’s disease (2008), Hashimoto’s (2013), and Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (2016).

“These diagnoses were turning points in my life,” Manish shares. “I realized that while my immune system was attacking my body, it couldn’t touch my spirit. This realization led me to explore holistic approaches to healing.”

Through dedicated practice, research, and a complete lifestyle overhaul, Manish achieved remission in just 6 months. He has been free from lifelong medication since 2010, a testament to the power of holistic living.

Manish’s approach is rooted in the belief that true health encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. He emphasizes:

– The mind-body connection

– The healing power of nutrition

– The importance of daily mindfulness practices

– The role of positive thinking in overall health

“My goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to elevate lives,” Manish explains. “We have the power to heal ourselves when we provide our bodies and minds with the right environment.”

Puja Roongta embodies the principle that Food is Thy Medicine. Her journey began with a Master’s in Economics and a PGDM in Finance, paving the way for a successful career in stock broking and the development sector. However, a diabetes diagnosis became a turning point, leading her to embrace a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. Through this approach, Puja was able to manage her diabetes without medication, while also overcoming challenges with acidity, gastric issues, and weight. Inspired by her own transformation, she pursued advanced studies in nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in the USA, deepening her understanding of the body’s remarkable self-healing potential.
Puja is now devoted to guiding others toward holistic wellness, firmly believing in the healing power of food.

Apoorva Choudhary

Apoorva Choudhary Narrative Weaver Apoorva brings a thoughtful, nuanced voice to the Institute of Holistic Abundance, drawing on a journey that underscores the beauty of holistic well-being. Though young, she has come to embrace spirituality and the strength of embracing life’s fullness and fragility alike. Her path was shaped by a childhood dream of joining the Indian civil services—a pursuit that, though unfulfilled, only deepened her understanding of resilience and purpose. Through her work in career consultancy, she discovered the power of setbacks and the importance of helping others find their own paths to fulfillment. At TIHA, Apoorva is dedicated to bringing its philosophies to life on paper, widening the reach of these transformative ideas. For her, holistic living is not about “having it all” but finding peace in exactly what is.
